Because hundreds and hundreds of students contact me who are writing a paper, an article, or a speech on the effects of the mass media, I am unable to respond individually to requests for student interviews. One of the reasons I have posted many of my writings and speeches on the web is to guide students in their research. Please feel free to quote from these papers, giving the appropriate citation, indicating where the paper was originally published (or the speech was delivered) and/or to my web site. Be sure that you understand the rules for citing other people's work and that you avoid plagiarism. If you are unclear about these rules, check with your teacher or professor.
